Our database contains important information including the status of individual and business-entity insurance professionals' licenses. A license may be active, suspended or revoked. You must click on the licensee's name to view the license status.

Records for individuals are entered in our system with the last name first, as shown below.

To find "John Thomas Doe, Jr." you could search for DOE, J

When searching for a name that includes the word "and", try using the "&" sign instead.
Example: Smith & Smith Associates

When searching for a name that includes initials, try with and without a space between each letter and also try with and without punctuation.
Examples: A B C Company, ABC Company or A.B.C. Company

Records for business entities with articles ("a," "an," "the") as the first word in the name, the article appears at the end of the name, as shown below.
Example: John Doe Insurance Agency (The)
To find "The John Doe Insurance Agency," you could enter JOHN DOE

When searching for a name that includes an apostrophe ('), omit the apostrophe.
Example: D'Artagnan Insurance Agency
To find "D'Artagnan Insurance Agency," you could enter DARTAGNAN
